This is a new role that has been developed and is a great opportunity to utilise your experience on the OCL management ladder in a progressive Leisure Trust.
This position requires an energetic, hands on, motivated and ambitious individual who will be required to supervise a team. As Assistant Manager you will help to motivate the team to exceed Company targets and KPI’S ensuring that they are offering exceptional customer service and remaining productive at all times.

To succeed as Assistant Manager, you will be a self-starter, who works under minimum supervision with the ability to make sound commercial and health and safety focused decisions.
The successful candidate must hold a current STA Pool Lifeguard qualification as well as Pool Plant when working at a pool facility, for wet and dry side roles First Aid at Work and Emergency Responder are required however training can be provided to achieve these if necessary.
The role of Assistant Manager will require flexibility to work across various units and the place of work may be varied from time to time. Please note this job will include evening and weekend shifts.
The rate of pay for the role is Band 8 Fixed Point 23 £11.16 per hour which equates to £22,813 per annum.
