An opportunity has arisen to join our busy accounts office as a Credit Controller.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in all aspects of credit control, preferably at a SME, and also the ability to be effective at working as part of a team and individually.

The role will include duties such as:

  • Approving / releasing credit stopped orders.
  • Credit checks for new customer account applications.
  • Allocating payments accurately and promptly.
  • Printing, enveloping and posting out monthly customer statements & daily invoices.
  • Monitor and maintain client credit limits.
  • Chase any overdue accounts via telephone and email.
  • Ability to resolve queries in order to collect outstanding monies effectively
  • Raising and processing credits for RMA’s.
  • Preparing debts for solicitors due to none payment.
