Salary –  Grade 6/7 (£25762 – £29012 per annum)

The main purpose of the post is to ensure that all pre and post inspections of Responsive and Void Repairs are carried out to a high standard and that all contractors and operatives working for or on behalf of FCHO adhere to the organisations service standards, consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will ensure that FCHO properties are maintained in a good state of repair, so that value for money, efficiency, high quality and compliance with legislation is achieved. This will include aiding in the identification of trends in planned and reactive maintenance activities, highlighting common themes to inform decisions on the most effective means of repair or replacement.

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start at the higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
