Hours – 37.5hrs per week (Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:00)
Salary – £20,150 – £23,363

You will lead a team of secretaries within the Administrative division. You will lead and motivate the secretaries to provide outstanding administrative support to clinical staff including typing dictation, outcoming clinics, telephone answering, coding, creating new referrals, booking appointments and any other admin duties deemed necessary.
You will manage and prioritise your team’s work on a daily basis to ensure that all team targets for turnaround of work is achieved and act as a point of contact for your team with operational queries.
In addition you will work with other team leaders and the Business Operations Manager to design and implement pathways and processes to ensure we deliver a consistently high standard of administrative support across the whole service.
You must be willing to undertake training to upskill yourself to enable you to fulfil the requirements of the job role.
