2 x Pathway Workers

Hours – 37.5 per week

Salary – £17,190

You will work with an established team providing high quality front of house services in our staffed accommodation services.  You will provide unplanned support to customers from Threshold’s supported accommodation and act as a link between customers and relevant Housing Management and support staff.  You will run in-house group activities and support customers with creating links within the community to support their journey into independent living within the community

1 x Customer Support Worker

Hours – 37.5 per week

Salary – £21,435

You will work as part of a team providing a comprehensive service to customers in need of housing related support. The service provides accommodation for people who are homeless. The role involves engaging with customers to support and motivate them to change their lifestyle. You will undertake appropriate assessments with them to determine unmet needs and identify an agreed set of achievable and measurable outcomes. This will require excellent inter-personal skills to support people who are difficult to engage or who have refused other services.  You will need to be non-judgemental and empathetic of the issues customers face.  Have the ability to challenge and motivate customers to recognise the need to change their lifestyle.  You will have the passion to support customers to achieve  independent living in the community.
