Salary – £23,030 – £26,176 Per Annum

The main purpose is to carry out repairs and maintenance work to First Choice Homes (FCHO) properties and any other properties for which FCHO is responsible for the repairs, including Public Buildings and any associated contracts.

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start at the higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
