As Team Leader you will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide your team in operation of warehouse and other related processes in store etc. You will also use your leadership abilities to motivate and energise the team and drive process improvement. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will balance team workload and drive exceptional team performance.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of warehouse to meet business objectives
  • Drive team excellence, talent rewarding and retention
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operation through the Resideo Operating System (HOS) process
  • Oversee warehouse processes
  • Review processes and procedures
  • Ability to drive Improvements
  • Manage Annual Operating Plan
  • Ensure compliance to HSE requirements
  • Safeguard warehouse assists
  • Daily coaching to develop team members
  • Manage Resource allocations
  • Drive team excellence and talent retention


  • Warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Be an excellent communcator and problem solver


▪ Some experience in Warehouse or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
▪ Expert knowledge of product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple product and process technologies
▪ Some experience in Supervision role
▪ Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams
▪ Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs
